And now back to something more important....
Getting away from petty issues like North Korean nukes and Rep. Mark Foley's page problem, the US national rugby team, the Eagles, qualified for the Rugby World Cup next year in France by beating Uruguay in their home-away series. The Eagles will play in Pool A which includes two former champions, England (RWC 2003) and South Africa (RWC 1995), Samoa and other team to be determined from the winner of Tonga vs. the second place team from Asia (Japan, South Korea or Hong Kong).
The Eagles first game will be against England on September 8th in Lens, France, followed by a games on September 12th in Montpellier against the winner of Tonga/Asia 2, on September 26th against Samoa in St. Etienne and finally on September 30th against South Africa back in Montpellier. If I'm a really good boy, maybe I'll be able to pick up the US game against Samoa or the winner of Tonga/Asia 2. That would really rock!
