Don't you mean "In Memorandum"? I don't think "memorium" is a word.
It's usually spelled "memoriam," but it is a word in Latin (and "in memoriam" means "in memory of [someone deceased, usually]". A "memorandum" is a short note circulated around an office, so I don't think he meant "memorandum."
